CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Mix 3g (One Scoop) of Creatine with 300ml of cold water or any non-acidic
beverage of your choice. It is recommended that athlete take creatine with
high carbohydrate drink {e.g Juice or concentrated carbohydrate drink} 
Drink at least 3-5 Liters of water per day during creatine uptake.

Do not exceed the recommended serving size.
